Refund policy

Our Returns Policy:

We hope you will not need to send your items back to us, however if there are any issues with your products, please do get in touch with us and we will be happy to look into this for you. All goods can be returned up to 14 working days starting from the day of receipt. All products are returned at your own cost, must in the original packaging they were sent in, unused and undamaged. All goods remain the responsibility of the customer until the goods have been received by The Takeaway Food Packaging Company.

Please email sales@thetakeawayfoodpackagingco.com and one of our team members will be in touch with our returns form. Please fill in the returns form with all the appropriate information and place this within your package you are returning. We will not be able to accept your return without the returns form being filled in, in full, and placed within your parcel. We will only accept returns in full pack quantities and therefore we cannot offer refunds on any partial pack quantities. Refunds from Envior do not cover delivery charges. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods may be subject to a £15.00 or 25% +  VAT restocking charge which ever is greater. Refunds will be processed 3-5 working days after receipt of goods returned.
